Blueberry Ginger Mule

Ingredients

1 oz. Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka
1 oz. Deep Eddy Original Vodka
2 oz. Blueberry Cordial*
Top with Ginger Beer

How to make

Combine all ingredients, except Ginger Beer, in a copper mug filled with crushed ice. Top with Ginger Beer.
*Blueberry Cordial: 1lb. Frozen blueberries, and juice of 1 lemon and 1 orange, 2 cups sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 0.25 cup white vinegar. Combine all ingredients in saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved & blueberries burst. Cool & strain.
